RESIGNATION OF OPA COMMITTEE.

January 2, 2003

CHANGES AT THE ONLINE PLAYERS' ASSOCIATION

The volunteers on the Online Players' Association committee and the Players' Advisory Board have unanimously decided to resign with immediate effect following a recent series of events that have damaged relationships and trust within the committee as follows:

Irregular assumptions of ownership and unelected presidential status by Mr. Mike Craig.

Unauthorized contractual obligations incurred in respect of a percentage payout verification scheme for casinos powered by a specific turnkey software provider, about which the committee had expressed reservations.

A refusal by Mike Craig to disclose the documentary details of such agreements, particularly in regard to the financial aspects related thereto. These material facts were denied the committee despite the extensive use of the OPA identity that was involved.

The unilateral setting up by Mike Craig, again without committee authority of a so-called "UK branch" of the OPA on the CasinoGazette site over the past few days, without the approval of the committee.

Signed,
Bryan Bailey
Brian Cullingworth
Maryanne Snyder
Tortex
The entire Players' Advisory Board
